Will new amp take OEM amp outputs?

Anyone know if an Audison SRx5 amp will take the raw outputs from the OEM amp (speaker level, I presume) without intermediate processing -i.e. a LC6i or similar? I'm confused about balanced/unbalanced and differential/non-differential. I'd like to try the amp with the factory crossover points before going further. Would I even need a LOC? I'm trying to come up to speed in this, but I get confused. Thanks!
