Bimmer tech Amp Dip Switches
Hey guys, just got my Bimmertech amp and loving it. I don't know what Tune/Map is in it but had a pen mark on box said E92 and that's what car I have will full Bavsound speakers and Subs.
Has anyone played with the dip switches on the amp to increase db gain for the subs? And if so was it any better. I'm gonna try later but just seeing what results others have had if doing this. Thanks Guys Rock on

I just installed the match 82dsp over the weekend. Same amp but without any tune. I was told to turn 2 and 4 'on' on the dip switches to get a bit more output. This is what I did, but I think I might turn 2 back to 'off' to balance out the mids and tweets from the midbass. I like low end so I had to turn both mids and tweets down in the helix so I could increase the signal to get some more low end.

Well, I turned the Dip Switch "4" to on. The manual I found online shows that it gives the subwoofer +2dB gain. It worked. Sounds pretty awesome now.
Madonna Immaculate Collection is superb. Also, seems any CD that is full digital DDD like DMP recordings or Telarc are super clear and full range. Hope this helps anyone looking or wanting a little more punch out of there 82DSP
