JB4 Map 2 Safe to run with catless DP and intake with 91 oct?

So I live in California and we don't really have 93 available all the time. The closest station with 93 is two hours away and probably really expensive.

Am I able to run map 2 with a catless DP and a BMS perf. intake safely with 91 oct? Or is it just better to run map 5 and let it adapt?

Yes I did but I haven't found a clear answer.

You can do it but won't see any gains. Do you have an aftermarket exhaust? If so, just keep it in map 5 no matter what. Otherwise, stay on map 1. Harsh that you don't have 93 readily available. Frickin' state you live in!!

That's a bummer. Might be more information on n54tech.com - the BMS forum for all things JB4

Stick with Map 5. Otherwise you need to log Map 2 to see how the car is taking the additional boost.

Thanks Jeff. I'll just keep it in map 5 for it to adapt. Seems like a better option.
