Turbo bolts

Does anyone have any tips on how to get the bolts out, my 11mm socket won't clear the mainflod

Believe it or not with these manifold nuts you can use a torx on the inside of them to remove them in those locations.

You know what size? They are rusted and can't get a firm fit
