Jerky ride at low revs, hesitation, fast jerkiness at high revs

Hi all. I'm getting a bit of Jerky running which feels like when you're running out of fuel, but I'm not getting any codes (other than one below).

The sequence of events, I had catless downpipes fitted when my new turbos were installed, shortly after this I flashed MHD stage 2 98ron map onto the car which on my first WOT threw an engine light. After a few more WOT tests and logs and misfire codes, hellokitty on here, pointed me towards o2 sensors. Replaced, and engine light went away and nice fast car. However I've noticed the ride is slightly hesitant on acceleration. At low revs the car can be quite lumpy. On wot the car generally takes off really well but after a while (10-70 seconds it varies then generally continuous until reducing speed) starts to fast judder, not horrifically, but quite noticeably. It also feels like car starts accelerating nicely then starts struggling a bit.

I am getting some error codes, I keep getting some catalytic converter shadow codes in MHD even though the map is supposed to surprise them, and I'm getting the codes below in Carly.

My thinking at the moment is that when the o2 sensors went and I was getting a lot of misfirirng when logging at wot, that I've chucked a load of unburnt fuel on the secondary cats (primarys are no longer there) and melted them and now they're blocking exhaust gasses. Does this sound plausible or am I barking up the wrong tree? I may have done a total of three or four WOT tests over 20 minutes of driving and one 80 mile round trip not wot though. I've also been doing a lot of low Rev and stop start driving recently.

Mods on the engine are catless Vrsf downpipes and MHD Stage 2 93oct tune, the rest is stock. New O2 sensors. Spark plugs and coils about 12000k on them but I'm not getting missfires logged anymore.
Codes
29f4 catalytic converter conversion
29f5 catalytic converter conversion 2
Ced4 fuel pump unknown failure
A3ad can signal fault engine
A3ae can signal fault engine idle

Do the fuel trims look a bit low on this?

Hi no not really, it every now and then makes a little spot second murmur in the exhaust note like a little punch of extra pressure but the Rev counter stays fairly flat
