Oil residue on front turbo?

I pulled out my turbos and found little oil residue in the front turbo turbine and a little oil residue around the turbo clamp connecting the exhaust manifold to the front turbo. My car is FBO and on stock PCV and is leaking a little oil from the valve cover/gasket which I need to look into. Car isn't smoking as well. So I'm wondering if the little oil residue on the front turbo is normal or not? Please see link for pics http://postimg.org/gallery/trkqi3y0/ Thanks
