Hi all,

My question is... If you use "OE quality" parts from say like Euros does this invalidate any warranty i.e do you have to use parts only from BMW themselves.

just found this snippet from the terms & conditions

"1. a) Care of the Vehicle - You must
keep Your Vehicle in an efficient and
road worthy condition and regularly
service it in accordance with the
Manufacturer’s recommendations and
genuine parts, or parts of equivalent
specification must be used."

so does this mean that providing it is a like for like part it doesnt have to be a BMW supplied component

Sort of answered my own question lol just spoke to the warranty line and they said as long as the car has had parts fitted of OE quality i.e bosch siemens etc then everything is fine
