e90 M Tech fog light leds

I have a lci m tech front bumper on my pre-lci e90 and I am needing new led fogs. I am wired for H11 but the fogs are 9006. Anywhere know where I can buy a H11 to 9006 conversion? Would I need a H11 female and a 9006 male?

Those are the ones I was going to get but the rhetoric is so confusing. If those will in theory, plug into my stock h8/11 wiring and then plug into a 9006 bulb that is what I need.

Would that mean that I need wiring that has a h8/11 female and 9006 male?
