Stunning work as always! Did you have a chance to take any reading after the paint correction? I was curious to see before and after measurements.

Nice job Phil!

I only took about 1 micron off. That typically removes all the minor swirling. Honda paints are very very thin. And yes I do measure afterwards!

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned how great the paint looks. With so many modern cars sporting a ton of orange peel, this new Honda has almost none. It looks terrific!

Call me crazy, but I've been lusting after S2000's lately. Way too impractical for me, though -- I've got two kids and a third on the way.

I had a marathon polishing session with my car last weekend, used the 1000W halogens and all, and my swirls were really minor when I began. Way, way WAY less than this S2000. This car is at least a year newer than mine. How do cars this new get so many swirls? I handwash my car carefully about once a week, and have done so since I got it, so I know that helps. But does it make this much difference? Is the swirling on this S2000 all from automatic car washing?
