Who to use for headlight modifications?

Is there anyone still doing this that reputable and that does a good job? I've read nothing but horrible things about 888whatever and OSS doesn't respond and although Luis has done a great job on my previous lights, their customer service is just horrible and I can't even find out if they're still in business. Soooo, is there anyone with personal experience? I'm looking for blackout and halos. Thanks in advance.

And slow as hell but Luis does great work. They did my last 2 sets but they're post on this forum expired and I wasn't getting a response but Luis contacted me yesterday. I will most likely endure the painful and expensive process of using them again.
