can somebody say dirty????

After a nice bubble bath... (it's 1am)

now this was fun...i spent about 8 hours alone on the interior trying to reverse the effects of a previous detailer who likes to put saddle soap on leather...WOW was that a pain to get out!

now when i was trying to clean off the saddle soap, it would come off clean after scrubbing and wiping down the leather. come back 10 minutes later and it would look the same again! when i would rub my hand over the leather it would gum up like this:

well i eventually got it out...

After Polishing, Before LSP or protection

After jetSEAL but not LSP

FINISHED!

thanks for looking!
until next time!

Dominic

I dont know what it is, but I think it might have something to do with washing at night.

That interior is so bad. And the V1 really needs to be hardwired. That cable is so gross.

Nice detail job!

Good Job Dominic. I know you were stressing the issue with the leather. Hope it worked out.

Working at 1am is dedication!

Did he drop it off, or did you get to drive it?? haha...

I knew you wouldn't have missed the wheels I figured it would have been a shadow or damage of some kind!

Amazing work again!!

Congratulations for the work. That car was horrible and will always keep the stigma of such a bad care.

I have a couple of questions for you:
- How many miles did the car has?
- What happened with the steering wheel?
- Any comments of the owner regarding his former "detailer"?

great detail, especially considering how beat up that thing was to begin with. The work van for my fathers business isnt even that bad, and I only detail it about once a year.

What is going on with the plastic cover of the steering wheel in this pic? I originally thought maybe it was halfway dressed, but its not even cleaned yet, plus it still looks the same in the "after" pic. Im guessing its just worn out?
