The A symbol references to the automated start/stop feature.

PS. I don't see a triangle?

BTW the number by your triangle is the kilometers you have put on your car since you reset the kilometers.

I used to think it went along with the triangle but it doesn't.

Cheers!

triangle mean that there is some warning in system, i.e. bulb not working, washer fluid tank empty, or some other, start-stop can be too, you can clear start-stop warning by pressing BC button on left stalk but triangle will be kept on display to notify you that there is some problem

Could the triangle mean that you have only 72 more kilometers left before the fuel tank is empty?

Hmm dont think so mate...couse if you see picture i have almost half tank of gas and i can pass more kilometers with that half.

When you press BC near steering wheel it will show you on speedometer bunch infos about car.
One of them is also how many kilometers can you pass with your gas

Im pretty sure in what jeddo45 was saying ..couse i just buy that car so previus owner must be reset it

I dont know how it work without Idrive but in my car when i go to check all faults on idrive its was showing me than i have low washing fluid ( something like that ) and after i fill it that triangle gone....
