Driving along and car starts jolting and cuts out, running rough, help guys!

Hey guys was wondering if you could help me, i was about to drive home last night and when i started the car it cut out straight away saying loss of engine power so i turned it all off and back on again, i started my journey and it hiccupted again with the eml flashing up amd idrive coming up with the message again saying loss of engine power drive moderately, i managed to make it home 20 mins later (jolting and stuff every now and again and cutting out at a set of traffic lights) and got my carly app on it to read the codes, i got codes:
00387f- power management, closed circuit protection:quiescent current of injury
002bda- rail pressure sensor, electrical: short circuit to ground
002bea- mixture control- mixture too lean, large deviation
002be9- cylinder injection shutdown: low pressure in the high pressure system

Feels lumpy and rough

Any clues guys?

Its on 60k miles and its flash tuned, i had a feeling it might be that, it done this before a while back before it was tuned, and threw the same codes, i did change the rail pressure sensor but im pretty sure it went away before that 🤔 It does have problems cutting out sometimes and revs bouncing
