normal temperature 330d lci
Hi All,
I hope you can help with me with my dilemma. I have BMW 330D LCI E92 Unlike people with low temperature I seem to have high temperature but I am not sure if anything is on a way out. With no heater switched on during a motorway ride 70mph -80mph I seem to have temperature of 91-94c degrees. If I push the pedal to metal I seem to be dropping to about 90ish but soon I go back to the 91-94c range. Is it normal? Previously I had problem with coolant loss. I had to replace the upper pipe from rad to engine and seal on bottom pipe into radiator. I keep an eye on coolant only when car is cold and so far I cannot see a loss. Prior to replacing seal I was loosing coolant at about 1 cup anytime I suddenly accelerate. Any ideas? Thanks, Styvy |

Sounds like a normal temperature to me. Last time I checked my car runs at about 91/92c and gets to that temperature after about 5 miles.
If you aren't losing coolant anymore then I wouldn't worry ![]()
