WTB Vanguard, Remus or IPE exhaust

Show us what you got guys!

Looking for that nice, deep tone that these systems offer.

Heya mate,

This might not be of interest too you, but you never know. I was recently rear ended and had my HKS dp back exhaust bent as a result. Insurance is covering the cost of a new one, as such I have a HKS exhaust that with minor repair work would be good to go. Its currently still on my car, when I get it removed I would consider offloading it for a steal, the other option I was playing with was to fix back up myself and offload it then.

Let me know if you are interested and I'll sling you some pics. I paid over 3k for this bad boy delivered from the US 2 years ago, rare in Aus.

Just wonder.. if you have got aftermarket exhaust, as long as you can provide a receipt for the modification, the insurance company still insure it even if it is illegal to have such exhaust?

I think this is a grey area, pretty sure insurance policy requires the car to be 'road legal' as a caveat to paying out any claim.

For my claim, I intially claimed through my own insurance company for the damage. They would only cover the list price of the stock exhaust as that is what I had listed on my policy. They suggested I list it to have the full value covered next time.

I scrapped that process and pursued the claim through the other parties insurance, they are obligated to replace what was broken, so they covered the full replacement price of the aftermarket exhaust.

Replied to the PM' and thanks for the kind words AYEDEE
