I'm not sure if this will fit an E92, you're welcome to try.

I bought this from my friend a couple years ago when I thought I would copy his audio trunk set up but it's just been in the garage since. I didn't have a hole in the middle of my backseat before but I do now. I cut out the middle plastic area so my trunk sub would be audible.

Anyways that piece up top is for that. The middle piece lights up and was made by CK Auto Image in San Jose, it has wires in it and I'm not tech savvy so I don't know how it powers up. The 3 pieces close to the rear bumper are there to show what's underneath your trunk floor space.

Wood is still good, all you need to do is change the carpet. $80 NorCal pick up

But where on earth did you get that piece that's under your diffuser?????!!!!!!!
