https://www.akgmotorsport.com/produc...uspension-e9x/ are a better bet (either of the two at the bottom of the page) although the Turner Delrin/Aluminum or solid aluminum parts would be best and don't increase NVH.

I have on two different vehicles, e90 and e92 and will not say significant but noticeable improvement enough to justify the investment.
Probably better investment than going with m3 bushings since those are expensive to purchase and more labor involved.
But I agree with Justpete! Those in link he offere a lot better solutions. A lot.

The inserts are not as noticeable as say as a full bushing replacement. What are your intensions with the car? Daily driver? Autocross? Canyon Driving?

Some canyon. Few track days but not trying to build a track car. Just a little fun in Twisties.

You have powerflex bushing or inserts? Black series? Does it feel more planted?

Thanks for the link. Do you have these on your car? Any complaints?

I have the AKG version. Same flex rating. Love them. M3 is less solid and more squishy. Inserts are a waste of time and money.

Yes, and I have installed these on another car as well. Works well for what it is and how much it cost. I got them for little less than $50 a set.

Depending on what your goal is. For $50 and 1 hour labor is pretty good result. So diffidently not waste of neither time or money.

Turner Delrin/aluminum subframe and differential bushings and AKG 75D engine mounts. Also UUC red trans mounts with enforcer cups. Other than a little added vibration at idle, which an ATI Super Damper should eliminate, it's fine, even with an all spherical bearing suspension.

I have the Whiteline full bushings, not inserts (part # KDT917). I had considered the inserts but figured since I was doing a new rear sway bar at the same time, might as well go for the full bushings rather than inserts.

It takes a lot more than changing the subframe bushings to make the car feel more planted anywhere other than a very bumpy turn where the compliant bushings will be an obvious problem. They're really necessary though but not enough in and of themselves. Damper valving, spring rates, ARB rates, CG height, roll axis height and inclination, etc. have much more to do with corner entry dynamics so if you're most interested in managing the twisties with a more predictable turn-in response you'll need to address the chassis as a whole. Doesn't have to be terribly expensive but it's rarely cheap. Dunno if that helps but it's been my experience progressing from Sport suspension to Performance suspension to including camber plates and track wheels/tires to a full out race suspension. The improvements were increasingly less noticeable but increasingly more critical. YMMV of course.

No but I suspect there's a dozen things you should do first that would progressively improve handling before those.

Agreed. Stiffen up one piece, another will inevitably show it's weakness. Cat and mouse...

Cool. I'd go for it them. I've done coilovers, m3 front control arms, m3 struth brace, AKG black subframe bushings. Probably more than most here.

I might, just don't want to be the first one to try it
That's weird, neither of our signatures are showing on this thread.

I just did the power flex yellow inserts on my 335d, along with Monroe upper shock mounts. Noticeable improvement, no more rear end wag, feels more planted like my wife's mini.

There is more road noise. And I get some diff noise now at 2000 rpm under had acceleration u till the car warms up.
