So this happened a couple times before and now its happening all the time.

As soon i turn on the car, a very loud and high pitch noise sounds for a at least 5 or more seconds. I noticed that the noise change "frequency" if i press the Brake pedal or i use any of the lectronic stuff, like opening the windows, sunroof, etc.

i dont know if is the Radio unit (dynavin) or the amps or maybe something else

Im wondering if something is not making ground

Yeah, grounds are the most likely culprit.....take a look at the grounds on everything, move them around, and see if you can narrow it down.

If you have an external amp, shut the Dynavin off and see if the noise disappears.

i did that, even i unplugged the dynavin and still happening, so i think is the Amp

Probably the amp ground.
