I am putting my 335 up for sale due to a job change, and the addition of a puppy to my life. While loved, it has become impractical for me. My loss is your gain!

I have owned the car since Nov 2014, it was purchased as a CPO from FL and driven back home to Baltimore where it has resided since. The CPO warranty is good until July of next year, however I was told by BMW that it is not transferrable. If someone would like to purchase this, I will make sure to service the car and have it looked over for any issues before the sale so that items may be covered under warranty. My dealer enjoys warranty work, so they should be able to give a clean bill of health. If for some reason they are incorrect and warranty is transferrable, even better.

The car currently has 65k miles and counting, and will come with a fresh full interior and exterior detail with sale. The interior is black leather with aluminum trim. The car comes with 20% window tint which is not shown in the pictures. Some of the options include:

M Sport Package- Msport suspension, sport seats, steering wheel, shifter, door sills, exterior bumpers, also has shadowline trim.

Premium Package- garage door opener, Dakota leather, BMW assist w/ bluetooth, electric folding side mirrors with auto dim, compass, power seats with lumbar and memory, moonroof

I have heard this as well, but I asked them and they said there was a cutoff in 2011 and I'm past it. Is there any way I can confirm the accuracy of what they told me?

I'm very interested in getting an e90 335i lci m sport next year either in alpine white or lemans blue (2 rare colors) with 6spd manual. just trying to do my research and see what the value that ppl are selling them at are.
