e93 Coding - Alarm Tilt Sensor & CIC Legal Disclaimer

I did some searching and couldn't find much on the differences in coding the alarm on the e93 from other models.

I've successfully installed and coded two e92 cars and have always had full functionality. I was doing work on one early in the morning and accidentally had locked the doors, resulting in the alarm going off when the car was lowered due to the tilt.

My new car does not have DWAI or DWAS and instead has the CANS module. That was a new twist for me, but I found most of the settings that are toggled after install, and many of them were already listed as aktiv. However, a few did not exist in that module, so I'm not sure if I missed something.

My problem is that I tested all alarm functionality after coding (except for the tilt), and now when I go to test it, jacking up the car doesn't set off the alarm. My understanding is that it should be independent of the body style, as the siren contains the tilt sensor.

So, is there a setting I need to code that was overlooked - or did I somehow not wait long enough after arming to test it?

The CANS module contains:
neigungsgeber which is aktiv
and value_neigungsgeber which is wert_01 (sensitivity?)

Also, on an unrelated note - I've tried to code-out the CIC legal disclaimer, which should be easy but it reverts to the old setting when the unit reboots. Any hints there would be appreciated.

Okay, I figured I'd try it again and this time the alarm tripped. I presume I didn't wait long enough. I know that the motion sensors take time before activating - I suppose the tilt sensor does the same thing.

Tried again with the CIC coding and for some reason it isn't allowing that. Would old DATEN possibly be why? I was able to code it out on the CCC on the '07 without any problem.
