Actually ran someone from a stoplight tonight....

coming back from getting some good mexican food I pulled up next to a guy pumpin some rap out of the firehawk. Car sounded mean just idling. I turned off my stereo just to listen. Just when I saw the light was going to turn green I blipped the throttle just to let him know I was paying attention, also turned off the 1st stage of DTC. We both strode away slowly through the intersection, at the other side he punched it and I followed suit. He had me in 1st due to his jump and the traction control holding me back while spinning, 2nd gear I spun then hooked and I pulled back even or possibly ahead a bit, by the end of 3rd I was 2ish carlengths or so in front. I let off before the end of 3rd and moved over into this lane before the next light.

That car was fast....but I knew that. Sounded like it had at least exhaust but given the car and its easy modding status....probably more. I wish the 335 sounded like that..........very mean sound.

I had a friend in the car who weighs 193 pounds as of today fyi. Firehawk had only the driver.

Been awhile since anyone actually took notice of the 335 around here....No traffic around tonight so this was a perfect time/example to see where this car stood.

I googled the firehawk because you made me curious as to the year and specs.....the car I ran had some graphics on it and different colored wheels.

After googling it, turns out I ran a pretty rare one!......see here:
