Air conditioning problem

I have a 2011 335is coupe.

When I turn on my AC it blows cold air and works fine. However, it only works when it wants to.

If I press MAX AC itll blow hard, but when I lower the speed it will keep blowing at that MAX AC speed unless i turn the entire thing off and turn it back on.

Sometimes when the fan speed is up all the way (not max) itll slow down by itself and pick up on its own.

Some days it wont even turn on. I thought this was due to my battery being bad but I got that replaced and I still have the same problem.

Any solutions?
