Hello, my name is Chad and I just wanted to say a quick hello and introduce myself and my new ride. It's a 2011 335d with Shadow Grey exterior, Black Dakota interior, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package and the much sought after M- Sport Package. Ran across this car by accident and was able to pick it up before anyone was the wiser. It was a one owner car with 36k miles on the clock. At the time I found it, it was the only 335d with M-Sport for sale I could find in the country. This is my fourth BMW, but my favorite so far. These forums have always been a big help in the past and I look forward to continuing that relationship.

Welcome to our sub forum and congrats. We have seen a number of new members come in recent weeks. I often wonder if the previous owners were also members here. My point is the forums may contain valuable info on their cars in terms of work done, trouble shooting, and eventual resolution. We have seen a few folks sell or trade in and just wonder.

Nice find. The 335d is also one of my most favorite BMWs. I wouldn't want to replace it with anything other than new 335d (doesn't exist for US market).

By the way, I have near identical car and it is called Space Gray not Shadow Gray.
How does the underneath look on the front bumper? Mine is scraped up badly. I can see the white parent plastic in the gouges. Enjoy your M-sport but be careful with that front bumper |

Sorry about the typo. Of course you are correct that it is Space Grey. They actually had to paint my front bumper because I refused to buy it because it had curb scrapes on the passenger front. Hopefully I can keep that paint fresh!
