cosmetic and mechanical repairs 2006 325i where?

Hi
I am looking for advice to restore my 325i.
Any suggestions for someone who would fix the minor dings and dents and repair both bumpers. Wheels need restoration.
Also the car will need services performed, fluids changed, walnut blasting etc.

I am looking for a good price, not what an expert body shop would charge.
Since I am away, for the next 4 months ideally someone could take the car and do the work when they have time to.
I can bring the car anywhere in Los Angeles and Orange counties.

The car has only 40k miles as I have been out of the country for work on and off for the past 4 years. It is a 6 speed manual. And instead of buying a new car,
I want to keep it, but make it look good again.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
