paid on Tue afternoon via PayPal at 2:27pm and still don't know if item is shipped or not. Seller promised to ship out on Tue, no reply to text messages after payment, got 1 call on Wed at 6:12pm saying there was something wrong with the mailroom and promise to ship out on Thu and let me know the tracking #. No reply to text till now, phone is turned off, voicemail box is full.

Maybe the seller is just busy with work, seems Seller has been on the forum for a while and are selling multiple things. But I'm very frustrated about the communication. I'll update everyone how this goes. Thanks.

1 week after payment, still not received the JB4. Seller replied to my text with a different phone number on Sat and said his car was totaled on Thursday...long story short, he said he will deliver to my address on Saturday night, didn't happen. I asked again on Monday, he said 8pm, didn't happen. I texted to both numbers today, no reply; called and both went to voicemail.

Did I get scammed?

Update on 9/28:

Seller called me around noon and explained the situation, he provided a USPS receipt with tracking #. USPS website showed it arrives tomorrow and I will close this thread once confirm it's in working condition. But meanwhile I've taken down all screenshots to protect seller's privacy.

The seller did offer $25 refund for all the delay and frustration but I thanked him and refused. I'm not trying to use the situation for any financial benefit, all I want is to receive the item in a working condition at the agreed price.

This is a classic case of what bad communication can do to a forum based transaction. The seller was informed by his friend who saw this post and reacted quickly, I would like to thank everyone for your help to provide information.
