Xenon/Ballast Install

Hey Guys,
Looking for some assistance in fixing a headlight issues.
It could be the ballast or the xenon bulb.
I have both, but looking for assistance (Paid for your time, or even for the job) to help fix the problem.
As I said it could be one of both, but I do not have the BMW experience to change some nuts/bolts and do not feel like paying $1100 to Yark BMW.
The ballast is $80 and the Xenon is $45.
Just need to get it back in now.

Any one willing to help? I can come to you.

Nothing here is BMW specific, is just xenon/ballast replacement.

Thanks for your help
I did it today,
Changed the ballast, still didnt work
Changed the bulb, it fixed it.
Changed back to the old ballast, still worked.

So it was the bulb. Took 2 hours and a couple of 13yr old helpers.
