interior trim paint

some of the hard plastics in my car paint is starting to chip and peel off

like around the inner door handle
behind the arm rest around the rear vents

is their some kind of paint I can use to fix it?

Not really, although many members have tried different products not sure if anything has held up. My suggestion to you would be plastidip.
