Is my clutch on the way out or is it DTC?

So at speed 80-100 in 4th and a bit in 3rd, if I go wot I'm getting what feels like clutch slip (revs go up then progressively come down as the car picks up momentum)

Thing is, it seems to happen less if I switch ofF DTC.

So my question is do any of the traction and stability systems on the e90 ever operate in a way that feels like clutch slip?

VRSF 7" intercooler

QUIAFE LSD

If it's new clutch time, what's the cost and is it worth upgrading based on the above mods?
