Will this fit e90 335i?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/2820124...&ul_noapp=true
I know the m3 bumper is completely different in design on the rear but are the dimensions similar on the sides of the rear bumper for m3 and 335i?. Curious if these sideskirt extensions and rear bumper extensions will fit (not the diffuser, I know it wont fit). |

M3 bumper is wider to accommodate the wider flared fenders.

they mount to the bottom flat part of the bumper, I'm not sure if that makes sense but I understand mounting so I am not much worried about that.
I know the m3 is wider, I am not worried about how much wider the body is. I am curious if the lines and dimensions from front to back of the bottom edge of the bumper follow the same lines and measurements as a non m e90. |

I already answered your question. The M3's bumper is wider.

Bro, come on now. I know you are trying to help I get it, but read prior posts before reposting. I am not concerned with the width of the bumper, this has zero affect on the dimensions and shape of the SIDE of the rear bumper from front to back.
This portion, not the back which determines bumper width. Last edited by troy2003; 09-25-2016 at 07:06 PM.. |

The front edge of the bottom of the side part of the bumper is wider.....because the bumper as a whole is wider.....to accommodate the wider fenders.

It seems either one of us are on the same page so I will continue my research locally. What it seems that you are describing tells me that it will have zero affect on the mounting of the splitter, just that the bottom is wider (which really would not matter much outside of installing mounting hardware in a different spot). I do appreciate the input though man, internet is a bitch to try to convey understanding sometimes.

I don't think it will fit, you can see on the m3 bumper how it flairs out to accomodate for the wheel and guard. The 335 definitely does not do that.
I've been looking for something like this to. |
