He truly is one of the best on the forums, I ended up purchasing a set of ST V1 coilovers for my E92 335i (N54) and gosh am I satisfied with the customer experience and shipping time. Jeff replied to my nagging questions and concerns within literally five minutes time max. He is seriously good at what he does. I paid the PayPal invoice late on Thursday night at around 11PM and received the tracking number the next day and had the package at my front door early afternoon on Monday.
