Matthew prep?

What are you guys doing? I'm doing the normal bring in the loose objects and lawn furniture. Im also using this as the excuse to clean the garages and get the cars inside.

I'm thinking about moving the lawn chairs into the patio area.. Last potentially huge hurricane blew one on it's side, and I'm not tryna go through that agony again..

Let's hope it isn't as bad as it looks. But yeah, any loose random stuff in the yard bring em in & if u cant bring them in, just tie them down with sand bags or something heavy. Other than that, canned food& water. Please FPL, just keep the power on 4 us this time! Please.. lol . Best Wishes everyone .& stay safe!!

Me too. The focus is shivering on the street. Parked the brother in law and father in law cars at the school across the street. Merc and bmw in the garage.

Car is safely secured inside my garage and the usual, pick up loose stuff around the house. Unfortunately, I have been activated and have been on duty since 6:00pm... Praying for the best but it's not looking good.

Have had a few squalls roll through but it's pretty calm now in Seminole County.

It's 12:34am, so it should start picking up in an hour or so, with hurricane force winds kicking in after 6am.

How is everyone up north? Daytona, Jacksonville, etc...? Also isn't this thing supposed to come back around mid next week to southern FL?
