N54 FBO VTT OEM Dyno

Dyno'd the car today. 365whp 400tq (will post dyno sheet). Been looking for a while for a vtt oem turbo dyno.

Car info
New vargas oem replacement turbo with 6x6 billet wheel and upgraded thrust
Vtt inlets
Injen intake
Vrsf chargepipe with hks bov
Vrsf downpipes
5" fmic (brand unknown, from previous owner)
Cobb ap v3 stage 2+ sport (OTS maps)
91oct
Stock exhaust pipes with megan muffler

I think the numbers are reasonable. Will probably invest in a nice flowing exhaust and then a protune.

I agree but I wanted reliability more than power. Also, I read some posts about stage1 issues.

Is it low for 16psi and 91oct? I really don't have a baseline. To be honest, my power goal is 400whp.

Also, I really need to get protuned and cat-back exhaust.

You need to ditch the Cobb and run a custom tune via MHD tbh. Your numbers will be a little higher and maps will be much more smooth on V7 maps.

Yes sir. Been looking at mhd just a little scared about the process. I'm trying to find out if anyone in socal has experience and could possibly show me.

Hit up my friend Rob@socalbmwinstalls. He's by Yorba Linda. He'll make sure to take care of ya. It's pretty straight forward.

It isn't a hard process tbh. It's similar to your Cobb AP but instead of that, your tablet/android device replaces it. You'll only need the OTG cable, DCAN cable, and the licensing for MHD. Also, hook up a battery charger to your battery while flashing.

Ditch the COBB - sell it for $$.

I would go with BMS BEF route and a JB4.

I have the stage 1's from VTT w/billet wheel option from OEM and i can tune the boost taper off completely due to the added flow of the 6x6 wheel.

So most taper to about 14psi but mine stays at 19.8 from 3.5k to redline.

Cobb cant isolate the boost control like JB4.

Did you dyno this setup? I am looking at options to get me to 400whp safely.

Wow! That's stage2 power! Congrats!

Unfortunately, my car is back at the shop. Sending the turbos back to Vargas for inspection. From initial inspection @EAS, the turbos look like they have internal damage. Fyi, the turbos have less than 400-500miles.
