LED number plate lights?

Anyone got any recommendations? Not sure whether to just swap bulbs of go fo the whole units??

I have those but be warned they're bloody bright, too bright IMO

I've got those, just the LED bulbs and LCI light units but can never decide what to use. I need to get the connectors from an LCI boot loom to fit the LCI's.

I just use LED bulbs in mine. Had to code out the bulb check though.

I got the whole unit changed, bought them from eBay. However as others have said, they're damn bright! So bright it's like a spot light on the floor behind the car, looks pretty cool though.

Here is how much light I see behind the car when they number plate lights are on:

Same ones I've got, after a few years I've started to get a bulb warning now and then, thinking it must be these since the rest are all filament still and work fine. Nice and bright.
