Need to repaint headlight washer covers

Hey guys, recently removed my front bumper and broke both headlight covers during my install. Attempted to double side tape them back on however today I found the right passenger side missing. It must have fallen off during one of my spirited driving sessions, or the rain?

I've since purchased replacement headlight washer covers from ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/351590464786)

My question is these come primered and ready for paint, what is the best method to repaint them while keeping costs at the minimum? I was thinking touch-up paint however I thought I would ask the experts on the forum first!

Thanks in advance guys!
