Do not understand why it costs so much. Whats the avg price to paint a rear bumper??

That seems high to me. I got my rear bumper painted when I bought my last car and it required some minor bodywork first (strangely it looked like a dog had bit into it). That was $300.

The going rate these days is crazy like that. I remember 6 years ago I paid only $350 to redo a chipped front bumper from a reputable shop. Last summer I got a quote of around $550 to do the same job for my previous car.

Try Street Xtreme Automotive. I heard they're a bit more reasonable with pricing.

Should be a 3hr job for just paint. Plus materials. $250-350 seems reasonable.

Thats crazy.. 300 sounds like a more solid number.
Getting my CF trunk, CF Diffusor, and CF hood clear coated with the best shit, and a front and rear bumper paint match to my body (TiAg) and a almost full respray on one side to clean up chips for 1800

Talk to Eddy and he'll take care of it. I just got my car done last week from them and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Tell him Rohit with the low white and cf 335i recommended them.
