HELP!! Window won't roll back up after tint!

ok... big big problem!

I got my window tint last friday.

and.. since its been a full week, I thought it is ok to roll down window once and see if they works.

front two windows work just fine.. then rolled down and back up no problem.

however, rear two windows... very hardly rolled down and never backs up....

I really don't know what to do and where to go first... tint shop first? or dealership??

anyone had same issues??

Go to the tint shop first

this issue occurs when the rubber seem in between the door unit gets "rolled under" with the window to accommodate the extra space that the tint has displaced. get your tint shop to straighten out the rubber seem, and you shouldnt have this problem anymore.

I had a problem once with my windows after I got them tinted.. I took it to the dealer and they denied me warranty because it was aftermarket tint and some tinters will take the door panel off and they messed up my door handles. Anyways, I took it to another dealer and they fixed it right away under warranty. This was on my evo, so go figure the 3 diamond dealers, they try to deny you warranty for even putting in aftermarket floor mats. lol
