Baking soda and water is a great grease remover
I discovered that baking soda and water is a powerful clean method to remove grease on interior plastics. It's much better than woolite and water. My dealer deliberately wiped grease all over my dashboard and passenger door panel.
I tried using Woolite and water and it didn't get all of the grease off. I spent over 3 hours to clean, rinse and dry with the Woolite and water and it just didn't clean my dashboard like new. It just took about 20 minutes in total to clean, rise, and dry my passenger side door panel plastic area with baking soda and water and it made it look like new. Just take a towel and completely wet it. Add some baking soda in the middle of the towel, then fold it. Used the folded towel and lightly wipe it on the dirty areas. I definately recommend this method to anything who has tough interior plastic stains. |
