2013 BMW 335is having issues that BMW dealership can't or don't know how to fix!!!!!

So not even BMW dealership can figure it out.

So it's N54 motor and has DCT transmission and every time I am about pass someone and gradually press on accelerator it acts like it's downshifting but stay in same gear but jerks the whole car like 3-4 times.

All I think is like the gear is slipping or something and BMW says there's nothing they found wrong with transmission.

And the second issue is that when I start my car I push the start button and it starts really slow and everything in engine bay rattles like rpm stays under 800 and early in the morning it starts just fine.

I showed it to the dealership and they're keep telling me they can't duplicate the concern!!!! Anybody else have this issue or know how to fix it? I would really apreciate it

If your SoCal go see James Chiu at New Century BMW he was able to locate and mend every issue I've had with my car when other Indy shops and service advisors couldn't.

Try recording a video, when it happens and show it to your SA. Or take it to another dealership. I know it's a pain but sometimes you have to do it to get the issue fixed. I had to go to 3 different dealership to get a simple issue fixed.

I did record it and showed it to them they're still saying they can't duplicate it!!

Did they check the engine or tranny mounts are properly torqued and not torn or broken?

I took the car like 4 times so idk think they did but last time it was there they told me that they updated the whole car that's pretty much it!!!! Actually someone on fb told me the same thing!!! Does mounts really would make my car do all this?

According to them they floored it and didn't find anything and here is the funny part I took one of the tech with me and my freaking car didn't do anything at that moment when he was in the car!!
