Nor Cal Help
Hi guys/gals of the Nor Cal area...
I need some help. My uncle just passed away Friday and my mom is a wreck. We don't know if he left a will or not and he has some property that is more than likely paid off in San Jose. I may need a decent probate attorney that doesn't charge for initial visit and is reasonably priced. There's not going to be any infighting since my mom's side of the family is so small.
