I had a great experience with Jeff. He was lightening quick to respond to my website form and multiple email inquiries.

Shipping was super fast (free 2 day shipping) and sent out the same day I ordered.

I had actually asked him to price match another vendor. He was happy to oblige. And I subsequently realized the other vendor charged shipping and actually was more expensive than Jeff when factoring in the fact that Jeff has free shipping.

In fact, Jeff actually noticed that when shipping was factored in, his pricing was actually better than the price match, all along and he credited me the back difference to ensure I truly was getting the lowest. I wouldn't have noticed this if he didn't bring it to my attention. I rarely that sort of honesty and integrity these days.
