FS-SoCal:(N51/N52)aFe Power Stage-2 Si Pro 5R Cold Air Intake System

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 260.00

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
Putting up my AFE Stage 2 SI Air Filter up because it has been laying in the garage collecting dust. I purchased this from another member about half a year ago and ran it on the car for less than a thousand miles. My main reason for selling is I might pull the trigger on an ESS supercharger and will have no need for this intake if I do.

Unfortunately, the poor adhesive quality of both the original and extra caused me to lose the AFE sticker on the intake's cover. However, it will will come with the original box, all bolts for the intake top cover which makes it so easy and hassle free to clean/replace the filter, the bolt that mounts the airbox to the chassis, air tube that links the air box to the manifold, the original owner's manual, and unused AFE stickers for your car(if that suits your fancy).

http://afepower.com/afe-power-54-810...-intake-system

Asking $260. Local Only, willing to drive to you as well. Thanks for your time.

Come on, bud, AFE are not the first and last to state this type of things. It is getting quite normal nowadays, but what really surprise me are people who actually believe that CAI alone can add that much power.

I'm really interested if it really (by really i mean noticeably) changes sound a bit? If it does and for better sound - it's alone worth it imho

Actually, it does change sound quite a bit due to removing the silencer that stock intake has. The gas pedal becomes more touchy as well (kind of like older beamers with m54 used to have). Overall, it is a great buy for few hundred bucks.
