VRSF screw

Has anyone ever had their VRSF bung screws come out? If so, what did you plug the hole with? Mine has unfortunately, so it makes a whistling noise.

1/8" npt

Go to the hardware store > plumbing section > 1/8 NPT threaded brass bolt.

Make sure the screws are tight before installing the chargepipe. I can confirm they're 1/8" NPT
