Hi All,
It seems like there is a oil leak between the cover(cap) and pump body. There is a big flat O-Ring inside and I can't find the part number, probably they don't sell it separately. Any suggestion where I can get the new one? Or how to replace with any alternative?

Are you sure it's the vacuum pump leaking? May be it's the o-ring between the pump and the head. PN for that one is 11667794767 just in case.

Thank you for the number, but that one I alredy replaced, I need another one, that is inside of the pump...

The number Yosh posted is correct. It is the only o-ring on the vacuum pump. I had to replace it on mine. It leaked oil all over my engine. The old o-ring was flat from heat and time (it was so square I thought I must have the wrong part).

Unfortunately, I'm lucky one) Pump is leaking, oil is going right to the top of the EGR cooler, which is HOT) As result I smell really nice france parfume with diesel oil base inside of the cabine...

Mine didn't leak from that spot. You are lucky! If I was presented with your situation, I would clean both pieces up really well and use a thin layer of permatex with your old seal (let it dry overnight). It's worth shot when a new pump is $400.00.

What part is the oil leaking from? It looks to me like its leaking from inside the pump which would mean you have a shaft seal issue and a REAL problem since you dont want to short circuit oil into your vacuum system. Shouldnt be a problem while running but could run into the vacuum system once shut down. Pretty tough to tell from those pictures though.

Vacuum line is dry, no oil detected\identified there... Leaking is from one of the bolts on the bottom... but as you can see, the gasket are bad... it can't work anymore as it suppose to work... probably because of age and temperature it is stuck and no elastic anymore...

on photo it looks like it is still good, but in reality it is flat with the body of the pump and can't prevent the oil from leaking...

and coming back to the vacuum lines, so pump pulls everything from the lines to inside of the vacuum pump, so I guess there is no changes to brake it in that way...

Greck, I've had to do custom oring stuff before to seal something for an experiment. Measure the OD and ID of the groove and also the height of the seal you need. It is worth a shot compared to paying $400. You will need a decent caliper to take the measurements. If you can't do this, I bet you could take it to a machine shop and ask them for a recommended o-ring spec. This is not a real complicated thing to do.

The o-ring doesn't have to completely fill up the groove. This application looks more like an axial seal as opposed to an ID or OD seal. You might have to buy a couple different sizes and experiment with needed thickness. Call up Apple and I bet they will help you

So should the inside of the vacuum pump be dry? I took mine apart today and there was a decent amount of oil inside. Not sure if it should be dry or have oil

if you happen to read this, what was your final solution? My pump seems to be leaking and it doesnt look like its the main seal as there is barely any residue back there, seems to be leaking from the inner seal just like yours.

question: Can this cause general lack of vacuum which would cause more problems? Could my break pedal be hard in the mornings from this leak? (it happens)

The solution is discussed in this thread, take it off and replace the head seal. If it doesn't appear to be leaking from there, try to find a custom o-ring for the seal in the pump or use some gasket maker and hope for the best, or buy a new pump.
