HELP!!! Plastic bumper repair/paintless dent removal in Austin
So long story short I managed to tip a load of bricks into the front bumper of my baby. I managed to sacrafice my body to minumize the damage. It still has one pretty good dime sized gouge and several other little nicks. can ANYBODY recommend a place or has used a place here in town? Unfortunatly I don't have the hook ups out here since I recently moved out. Thank you all in advacnce for your help!

a long time ago, after a monster hail storm in austin, my previous car looked like a damn golf ball...i took it to ellis and salazar on south congress and they did an incredible job of restoring it. that's the only place i've used for pdr.

Try Dentworks. (http://www.dentworks.com). I used them last year when I had a huge dent on my hood. The guys did an awesome job. I took it to a couple other places and they said that they could only get 75% of the dent out (because of the aluminum hood). Dentworks wasn't affraid to tackle the challenge and it came out good as new.
Good luck.

Cool thanks guys! What about the plastic bumper though? I know that is more of a specialists thing, isn't it?
Andy, I was thinking the same thing but I would have to get the ENTIRE bumper, couldn't just get the lower add on. the biggest gouge is up by where the license plate "should" go. |

We need to get together though. BMWCCA is having a drive out into the hill country on the 19th. You should check it out and we should get the word out to the locals. The family and I are planning on attending. PM me if you want the info and want to get something rolling on it. |

I'm actually going to look into that. We'll see what I come up with.
