On 3 turbo kit with PTE

Just sharing pics of the On3 single turbo kit I purchased. The wait was painless, 4 business days to get here vs waiting months from other vendors (wont call any names).

Anyways without further wait

I bought the kit with the entry level GT30 turbo from on3. I also bought a PTE 6266 to pair with the kit, maybe ill keep the GT30 as backup or boost my E36. unsure what I want to do with that turbo to be honest...

Needless to say the car has been sitting for quite some time and outside of it being thanksgiving I don't want to wait a second to get this installed. So install is set for Tomorrow so let the wrapping commence.

Pardon the subpar wrapping. Not my thing but functional

Nice.

Haven't kept up-to-date with what it takes to run a single w/ flash tune only. I'm sure once those details get ironed out, it will sway a lot more peeps to go single as well.

Well there can be, but for our turbo setup we dont use anything so different than any other car, just the design of the manifold and downpipe but the sizing is the same across the standard turbo sizes.

So what did this run you in terms of cost? Also, didn't you have a JPWorkz kit ordered?

Garage List
Can you reuse your charge pipe and intercooler, or did you purchase new?

You don't need jb4 for single turbo.

It is, but that includes an intercooler, charge pipe and BOV. You can delete the items you don't want and it drops it down to $25xx.

I would suggest that you get the parts coated (Swaintech or otherwise) or even some sort of heat shielding instead of wrapping them. The wrapping can cause the welds to fail. My $.02
