Bumper reinforcement nut torque value

I have installed my oil cooler, and to do so I had to remove my bumper reinforcement to attach the bracket
Does anyone know the torque values for the 4 nuts on each side?

Thank you

Did you ever figure out the torque? I’m doing the same thing right now.
