Power mods - quick remove
Looking for some good power mods that can easily removed in case I need to.
So far I have PROcede V2. Downpipes are next best thing, but not practical to remove. Intake? Questionable gains...

BMS filter kit is easy to remove, also you can use higher octane gas and run more boost with your current tune to get more power....

There is no other big power adder after a tune, intake, and dp's. Intercooler provides some but that is just as much of a pain as DPs....

You warranty is voided because you change the DP's, not because they are catless....

Yeah, but if your HPFP fails or anything like that and you have to call a tow truck...how are you going to get the DP's off?

I didn't mean YOU, I meant people in general. It's too much cost to have it towed to a shop that's most likely closed and then what?
Anyway, I might consider an intake.

An intake is the next easiest thing after a tune. Now the hard choice (not really), is deciding which one to pick.....

I'm sure you'll have enough time but, the odds of having all the tools needed and things like daylight are pretty slim. Better just getting towed home and paying that bill than the bill you'll get when they deny your warranty. |
