Just got looked at this weekend, but one question do you have to recode the DME after replacing the MAF sensor?

No its my original one, but the dealer told me it needed to be recoded or reprogrammed, which I did but its still showing codes immediately after erasing them, any ideas?

No coding required... have you tried cleaning it? You could try resetting the adaptations, but I doubt that would clear your codes.

Yeah I did all that, another person from this forum reprogrammed my DME 3 times (which software was up to date) it ran good for awhile but my hesitation kept coming back, I did clean the sensor, but no difference. The reason I ask is because the dealer had told me they have to reprogram my DME when they replace the MAF and charging me $430 for just the reprogram...
