Headlight moisture/condensation

So my car's headlights have after market LED halos that the original owner put it and I am the 3rd owner. They have been split open to install them and I'm not really sure how they went about it. Only the left side has condensation in it at the moment, but whats the best way to 'dry them out' and reseal them. They were split part and have what looks like a kind of black silicone sealant around the seam.

Should I try and clean em up and e-z bake oven them then reseal or just dip the whole housing in flex-seal

Give it a good reseal, hopefully Should be enough, try to get a clamp as well after you've sealed it to fully tighten it

Be careful about the moisture. Over time it will short out the ignitor ballast for the projector bulbs. Not expensive to replace, but just another thing that will need to be replaced. I replaced my ignitor for $50 and two hours of my time.
