The sway bar with brackets and bushings were installed on my '07 E92 for less than 5K miles. It was purchased new from ECS Tuning just a few months ago, and they currently list them at $326.69. I'd like $250 OBO.

just to be clear which bar is it. Your ad reads E92 which is a 26.5 bar and link is from a E93 28mm bar

Assume the link is indicative of the parts you are selling (ie., you will include all mounting brackets, bolts and bushings) and that it is the 28mm bar.

Why did you uninstall?
